Axagon ADE-25R network card Internal Ethernet

The external network card AXAGON ADE-25R easily converts the USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) port into a fast 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port. It is compatible with transmission speeds of 10/100/1000/2500 Mbit/s. The 2.5 Gb/s network card enhances the computer with a very fast and stable network connection, supplements the missing RJ-45 network port, adds an additional network card, or replaces the originally non-functional network port.

In addition to the 2.5 Gigabit throughput, the LAN adapter offers a wide range of features such as IPv4/IPv6 checksums to reduce CPU load from checksums, crossover detection and auto-correction, TCP Large Send Offload, support for various modes of Wake-on-LAN functionality, operation with VLAN, and advanced power management features. The advantage of the IEEE 802.3bz standard is that conventional Cat 5e and Cat 6 Ethernet cables can be used for speeds of 2.5 Gb/s over distances of up to 100 meters.
