Electronic surface-mounted climate controller for heating/cooling control in 2- and 4-pipe systems for hotels, residential, and commercial spaces. Designed to control continuous valve actuators, both normally closed and normally open. Particularly suitable for cooling ceiling control due to the possibility of dew point monitoring. To compensate for the inertia of control loops with cooling ceilings, the device features a temperature sensor input for connecting an external radiation sensor (optional). The factory-set zero point of approximately 21°C can be adjusted in the device by +/- 5K. The setting knob allows the desired temperature to be adjusted within +/- 3K around the set zero point. As an authority variant, where the controller should be inaccessible to unauthorized persons, the external sensor can also be configured as a room sensor (optional). An internal potentiometer allows for the selection of the use of the internal, external, or both sensors with adjustable weighting. Contact inputs for ECO function and OFF (frost protection).
