The Alre-it actuator ZBOOA-040.100 is an electrothermal valve actuator for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology. Its compact design makes it very space-saving. The tapered shape, especially in the area of the mounting nut, allows for easy installation. The mounting cable is positioned away from the mounting nut, reducing the likelihood of contact with heating water-carrying devices.

The mounting nut allows for continuous screwing onto the thread, enabling the valve to be opened by turning back the nut by two to three threads in the fail-safe state. Water leakage is directed away through a drainage system, and a special design eliminates the need for seals.

The current valve position is indicated at two locations (top and side). The actuators, with their M30 x 1.5 mounting and their characteristic (fail-safe closed), are compatible with various valve and distributor brands, including Beulco, Empur, Heimeier, Kamo, Oventrop, Purmo, SBK, SKV, Strawa, Taconova, Watts.
