The AHM27292U is the world's first industrial WiFi HaLow M.2/NGFF module. It is an IEEE 802.11ah sub 1 GHz standalone M.2/NGFF B-key 3042 type Linux module.

The AHM27292U module series enables the creation of WiFi networks with long range and extremely low power consumption in unlicensed bands below 1 GHz, using the compact M.2/NGFF 3042 form factor. WiFi HaLow allows connectivity for many applications, including sensors and wearables.

With a powerful ARM Cortex-A7-based SoC clocked at 528 MHz, official OpenWrt and U-Boot support, a data throughput of up to 15 Mbit/s, and a complete SDK for the HaLow radio SoC, getting started with this new WiFi standard is very straightforward.
