The FireProtect 2 SB from Ajax is an advanced, wireless hazard detector specifically designed for indoor use. It combines the functions of a smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide detector in one device to provide comprehensive protection against various dangers. The optical dual-spectrum sensor allows for precise smoke detection and minimizes the risk of false alarms through the innovative HazeFlow algorithm. An alarm is triggered immediately when the temperature rises by about 10 °C within a minute or exceeds 64 °C. The integrated chemical CO sensor detects dangerous carbon monoxide concentrations starting from 50 ppm. Wireless communication is facilitated by the reliable Jeweller protocol, which offers a range of up to 1700 m in open fields. With an integrated siren of 85 dB and an LED status indicator, the FireProtect 2 SB ensures effective alerting. The simple pairing and configuration via the Ajax Hub using a QR code make installation user-friendly.
