Whether sunny, slightly cloudy, cloudy, or rainy, a quick glance at the large LED color display of the wireless weather station is enough to inform you about the current and future weather situation. The weather forecast is based on the measured changes in air pressure and refers to the area around the weather station with a radius of about 30 to 50 km for a period of the next 12 to 24 hours. The built-in thermometer indicates the temperature for both indoor and outdoor areas reliably. The memory function allows you to display the maximum and minimum values for the last 24 hours, with a measuring range between -25 degrees Celsius and 50 degrees Celsius. The values can also be displayed in degrees Fahrenheit (°F). With the hygrometer, you can always monitor the humidity, with values available for both indoor and outdoor use. The maximum and minimum values of the last 24 hours are stored and displayed on request. Optimum humidity is particularly important for a healthy and safe room climate, as it helps prevent mold infestation through regular ventilation. The weather station features a USB port (5V / 1A) on the back, allowing you to charge your smartphone comfortably. This function is available only when the weather station is operated with the power supply unit. The base station can run either with a mains adapter or with batteries (2 x 1.5 V AA), both of which are included in the scope of delivery. In battery mode, the display illumination is switched off to save power, but the Snooze button can activate the illumination for a short time. The integrated radio clock (DCF time signal) always displays the exact time, with automatic changeover to winter or summer time. With the integrated alarm clock, complete with snooze function, the weather station also becomes the ideal companion on your bedside table.
