The brushless motor is lift-cooled, has 140 watts, and is equipped with an extra quiet drive. The profiled multifunction knife made of special steel ensures a clean cutting result, allowing you to slice any food perfectly. You can infinitely adjust the slice thickness from 0 to 15 mm. The carriage operates smoothly and can be easily folded down for cleaning. Maximum safety is guaranteed by a knife protection shield as well as thumb and hand protection.
