ABUS AZEM10000 Shock Sensor, white (Successor model to Abus Em2000W)

Monitors walls, building components, and valuables. The shock sensor responds to body sound signals and vibrations. It detects shocks typically generated during break-in attempts and reports them to the alarm control center. The sensor captures the vibrations of the surface to which it is mounted. Therefore, the optimal placement for the shock sensor is on items that should not be moved (safes, valuable items) or should not be breached (wooden doors, glass walls, drywall).

Sensitive detection, precise and finely adjustable. The sensitivity can be individually set for the specific area exposed to vibrations. Additionally, the sensor features a state-of-the-art digital filter for recognizing or filtering out background noise. This provides high security against false alarms.

Immediate alarm. In the event of severe force, an alarm is triggered immediately based on the defined sensitivity. This allows the sensor to detect any break-in attempt at an early stage. The operating voltage ranges from 9 to 16 VDC. Compatible, for example, with the ABUS Terxon wired alarm system.
