Abus Secvest wireless indoor signal transmitter

The Secvest wireless indoor siren is an optional accessory for the Secvest system. As a purely acoustic signal device, it supports the wireless outdoor siren and the Secvest control panel in the event of an alarm, emitting a sound pressure level of over 80 dB.

The indoor siren can be connected and integrated into the Secvest system particularly quickly and easily. Its discreet housing design also makes it extremely flexible in terms of positioning within a room. At the same time, it is ideally suited for use in environments with high aesthetic demands or in listed buildings, as well as for retrofitting existing systems where a wired solution is not possible or desired.

The siren and control panel communicate with each other at 868.6625 MHz, a radio frequency specifically reserved for the security sector. The wireless indoor siren can be powered by battery or power supply. When using batteries, the lifespan is approximately two years. The indoor siren monitors the supply and battery voltage under load conditions and reports any faults to the control panel.
