Certainty through regular checks. The test spray for optical smoke detectors allows for a reliable function test of a smoke detector. Since optical smoke detectors respond to visible smoke particles, the test spray simulates these and triggers an alarm if the detector is fully operational. Important: The spray distance must be at least 30 cm. The contents of the bottle are sufficient for approximately 100 smoke detector tests.
