Product details

The Abus FOS550 window rod lock is a high-security additional lock with two sturdy locking points, one at the top and one at the bottom. The locking system offers extremely high resistance against pressure loads and lever attacks. Due to its particularly narrow design, the FOS550 can be used universally, meaning it can be installed on the handle side of windows and patio doors made of aluminum, wood, or plastic, including most double-wing windows with or without a central mullion. The additional window lock is operated using a lockable window handle: when the window is closed, the locking rods are also extended.
