ABB Water detector SWM4

Technical detectors for the detection of gas, water, and smoke, reporting as a technical alarm. The detectors can be connected to all ABB intrusion alarm control panels.

Water Detector SWM 4: The SWM 4 is a fully encapsulated water detector with gold-plated Termipoint pins that detects water ingress in a timely manner, such as pipe bursts, groundwater and sewage water intrusions, and water damage from washing and dishwashing machines, before the damage becomes costly. The supply voltage ranges from 4 to 20 V DC, allowing the detector to be connected to third-party control panels. The standby current consumption is approximately 0.12 mA at 12 V. To limit the alarm current to 20 mA, the SWM 4 must always be operated with a series resistor.
