Product details
The high-performance circuit breakers of the S800U series protect cables and lines from overload and short circuits. They have a rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 50 kA at 240/415 V AC. Additionally, it can be used for voltages up to 240 V AC according to UL489 with a breaking capacity of 50 kA. It offers equally effective protection against overload with its thermal tripping mechanism, as well as against short circuits with its electromechanical tripping mechanism. The S800U complies with the IEC/EN 60947-2 standard as well as UL489, making it suitable for industrial applications. Numerous approvals make it ready for worldwide use, and the extensive range of accessories further enhances its usability. Due to its very fast arc extinction, your installation is well protected with the S800U.
