Product details
FI/LS switches (RCBOs) provide personal and property protection as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They ensure the protection of three single-phase or three-phase circuits against overload and short-circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal alternating currents, and pulsing currents with a smooth residual direct current component of up to 6 mA to ground. Additionally, they offer fault protection (protection against indirect contact) and additional protection (with I?n = 30 mA). They comply with the product standard IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20).
Their patented terminal connections with Push-In technology ensure easy and secure contact and handling. The upper outgoing Push-In terminal can accommodate conductors of up to 2 x 4 mm². On the input side, the PSX phase rails can be used for cross-wiring. For power supply, conductor cross-sections of up to 10 mm² can be directly connected to the device via the screw terminal in protection class IP20. For better visibility during connection, the opening of the screw terminal is located above the flex terminal for the phase rail.
Numerous approvals make the DSX203NC suitable for use in residential and commercial applications. Rated breaking capacity Icn = 6,000 A according to IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20) for RCDs (residual current devices) in residential buildings. The RCBO DSX203NC Type A is 3-pole protected (LS), 4-pole switching, and can be used in three-phase networks with or without a neutral conductor.
