Product details

FI/LS switches (RCBOs) provide protection for persons and property as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They ensure the protection of single-phase circuits against overload and short-circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal alternating currents and pulsating currents with a smooth residual direct current component of up to 6 mA to ground. Additionally, they offer fault protection (protection against indirect contact), supplementary protection, and fire protection. They comply with the product standards IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20) and IEC/EN 61009-2-1 (VDE 0664-21).

Areas of application include household, commercial, and industrial uses. The compact design of the DS301C FI/LS is ideally suited for use in power distribution where space is limited. The series is equipped with a 30 mA residual current and a B or C tripping characteristic.

The rated breaking capacity according to IEC/EN 61009 is Icn = 6 kA. The RCBO DS301C Type A is single-pole protected (LS) and double-pole switching.
