The CYAN toner offered by Galaxus for a Samsung X3220 printer is not the right one. I bought one and it's just sitting there. On the original toner there is a lever to turn to connect it to the printer. This is not present on the product sold. So it's impossible to connect to the printer. Look at the photo of the Magenta Clt-M804s toner (which is good) and that of the CYAN Clt-804s toner, the difference is obvious. How can I get a refund for a product that I bought several months ago and opened for installation?
