    Flash compatibility

I am looking for a clip-on flash and studio flash. For the studio I want the Profoto B10 at some point. Can Godox then be used as a clip-on flash with a Godox transmitter? Or is everything only compatible with each other per brand? I usually work with Canon...

Godox flashes and compatible products (2.4GHz)

Godox has several of its flashes labelled. This means that other brands sell the same flashes under a different name. Which flashes are compatible or even identical with Godox flashes? Also studio flashes? These should then also be compatible with the 2.4 GHz remote control. Here at digitec.ch I assume the following brands label Godox products: - Walimex - Cullman - Hähnel

Repairs and firmware updates for Nissin flash units

Does anyone know a service centre for repairs and firmware updates on Nissin flash units here in Switzerland? Unfortunately, you can't do firmware updates yourself with this brand, as there is no USB interface like on Metz flash units.

MKV files "audio formats" are partly not supported on new devices (TV or Blu-ray player).

Hello Community, I recently bought a new Samsung TV (Q9). I would like to buy a new soundbar, Yamaha YSP-2700. I have received the soundbar from the dealer for testing at home. Unfortunately, I found out that the TV does not support all audio formats of MKV files. Furthermore, the dealer lent me a Samsung Blu-ray player (UBD-K8500) and told me to try it via the player. All without success. Connected as follows: 1st variant Player - Connect Box (Samsung Q9) HDMI 1 - 3 Yamaha Soundbar - Connect Box (Samsung Q9) HDMI ARC 4 2nd variant Player - Yamaha Soundbar HDMI 1 Yamaha HDMI Out - Connect Box (Samsung Q9) HDMI Arc What worked was the connection with the laptop (HDMI) to the Yamaha Soundbar or from my old home cinema system (Blu-ray player) to the Soundbar, also Samsung by the way. I would like to save myself the trouble of using a laptop and an old home cinema system and converting to a different audio format. Maybe you can help me...
Hello Together I am looking for a flash unit for my Panasonic GH4, but I don't know anything about it. However, the primary and more or less only requirement for me is that I can also use the flash off-camera, e.g. on a tripod. What do I have to consider in terms of price/performance? What exactly is TTL, to what extent is this worth the extra cost? Do I need an adapter for wireless connection to the flash, or is this already integrated in my GH4 ? Or does it depend on the manufacturer? Thanks for your support!
