I live in an older four-storey house without an intercom system. This wasn't a problem for a long time, but for some time now we've had to close the front door during the day. When the doorbell rings, I go to the front door, see who's outside and open it. If there's no one there, I have to call the lift, take the lift to the ground floor and go to the front door. Often there's no one there - or just my neighbour's annoying ex, who rings the doorbell everywhere to harass her from the stairwell. As I live diagonally above the entrance to the house, a drone could make this easier. Preferably one: + As small and easy to fly FPV drone as possible, + that is quickly ready for use (no long assembly), + with which bidirectional communication is possible and + with which I can drop a house key if required and + which automatically returns to the starting point on my terrace, + at a fair price (not a gold edge solution). - Range, camera resolution and other things are secondary. What would you recommend? Greetings from Bümpliz Chrigu_Bern

Do you have any good tips and ideas? So far I've been strapping the Mini 4 Pro bag to the outside of my Peak Design rucksack. However, I would like to further improve the packing concept and also use the straps on the outside for an FPV drone again soon. That's why I'm wondering if the Community has any good ideas for suitable bags and backpacks. One of my ideas is the Peak Design Travel Backpack. So far I have the every day. Thank you very much :-))

Is anyone interested in buying a DJI Mavic 2 Pro at a low price? Drone fell in the water, has been dried and is now reconnecting. Camera picture visible. However, 1 or 2 motors are probably defective. It is unclear what is broken inside. Fans still work. As I said, hobbyist drone. With accessories: - Remote control - 2 batteries with less than 20 charge cycles. - Various propellers - Bag If interested make a price suggestion thank you.

Hello dear community I would like to build a drone myself, but unfortunately I have no idea which kit would be best suited for me as an engineering student in my second semester. Can anyone help me with this? My budget is up to 200 Swiss francs. Are there any sensible kits in this budget that really give you an understanding of building drones? I look forward to your suggestions Greetings Roya98

What do you think about drones from Autel Robotics? Specifically with the announced Autel Evo? It seems like a really interesting alternative to DJI.

Hello all I am thinking of buying a DJI drone (either DJI Air 3 or Mini 3 Pro). I am leaning towards the DJI Air 3 due to the dual camera and better obstacle sensing system. However, my question concerns the legal requirements. They both fall into the A1 category, don't they? If I have informed myself correctly, I have to do a certificate for the Air 3 (A1/A3), but not for the Mini 3 pro. Furthermore, I am allowed to fly over uninvolved persons with the Mini 3 Pro, but not with the Air 3, or not consciously. Are these the only differences or are there more legal regulations for the Air 3 that I have not mentioned? Thank you for your help/answers

Hello together I work in a Marketing team with several employees. Some of them have a drone licence. We are now thinking about buying a drone for the business (mainly also in case something happens because of liability). The DJI Mavic 2 or Mini are designed so that each drone is assigned to one person. Do you know if there are also drones that are not assigned to a person and can be flown just like that? What about those that have controllers with a screen?

We are looking for a suitable drone for an outdoor theatre project. As a beginner, I am unfortunately not familiar with this area. At the moment we are testing different possibilities/images that we would like to try out. We would also like to test a drone in one piece. In our imagination, it carries a small beamer and can project various images from the air. The drone would therefore have to: be suitable for outdoor use, be able to carry a pocket beamer (weight <1kg, for example Viewsonic M1 Mini Plus). Since the drone would only be needed for about 2 months, a rental or second-hand purchase is also conceivable. Our budget is around 500.-

Hello all Who can recommend me a cheap transport drone? The transport goods weigh 1.2 KG

I think the FOCA's restrictions are sensible and good. But now DJI is suddenly exaggerating! For 3 weeks I have been visiting a place where I do my exercises... In week 2 it suddenly said in the DJI APP that I was in a no-fly zone. I should be careful when flying. Today when I was flying, the battery had to be replaced. After the change, the APP wanted to do an update. So this was done. However, after the update: can't take off, because you're in a no-fly zone. I've now sent DJI an email and we'll see what comes out. Maybe I don't see something but you do? https://goo.gl/W2cpKb I actually flew right over the 2-3 fields in an easterly direction.

Hello, As described in the title, I am looking around for a drone to film me on the bike. Does anyone have experience with a follow me drone and can give me tips or a recommendation on what to buy? Thanks

I have no experience with drones and would like to buy one to take cool pictures and videos or just to look at the surroundings. As I said I have no experience so I would like to buy a not too expensive model.

We are flying to the USA (California) next week and then to Hawaii. Do I have to pay special attention to anything for my Mini 2 to be able to fly there? What about transport in general, how many drone batteries are allowed on the plane if there is also a 26,800 mAh powerbank (the maximum size allowed by Anker) as well as a camera and Gopro battery. Will all the mAh be added up and would I have to throw something away at check-in?

Hello I am a new owner of the DJI mini 2. I know the map from bazl, but there is something I don't understand. For example, when I select Zurich airport, I get an info box saying "LSZH Zurich". The text talks about drones weighing more than 0.5 kg. But my DJI mini 2 is under 250g. Thanks to my common sense, I know that I'm not allowed to fly around on the tarmac, but it's not clear to me from the bazl map that I'm not allowed to do so. Can anyone help me? ps. Is there any experience with the TCS app, which I have to pay for?

Why air 2s combo costs chf 1190 and with smart controller 1949? So chf 759 more. Separately, the smart controller costs 639, so 120 less. Illogical or a misinterpretation on my part?

Not sure which to get. The Mavic 2 Pro or the Zoom. I've read a lot and both have their advantages and disadvantages. What do you think?

Hi. I am looking for a drone to inspect a fairly high and large roof for defective tiles. What would be suitable for this?

Hello all Had a small collision with a tree and now have a small defect, at the top back of the drone a protective glass is gone. Where can I take my Dji for repair?

Hello all! Does it make a big difference in image quality whether a 1" or 1/2" sensor is fitted? Is it advisable to pay the extra for the Mavic Pro 2 or is the image quality of the Mavic Air 2 sufficient? (I wouldn't use the drone extremely professionally, but would be happy if the image quality wasn't too bad). LG

Hello Together I am interested in the Dji drone but since there are several I don't know which one would be suitable for me? Can you possibly help me in this matter? I would use the drone for hiking, travelling and occasional shooting. I am a complete novice when it comes to drones. Thank you very much for your help. Kind regards Byörn Ehrensberger

Does the Xiaomi Mi Drone mini (HD) (item no. 11864240) fit with the Gamesir T1d remote control (item no. 9154871)? I prefer to operate the drone with a remote control (game controller) rather than with my smartphone. From Ryze Tech this is sold together in a package: "Ryze Tech Tello incl. remote control" (item no. 10336888). Xiaomi says the following on the product page (FAQ): Q: Does Bluetooth game handle connects to MiDroneMini's Bluetooth or Cell phone Bluetooth? What types of handles are recommended? A: MiDroneMini's Bluetooth is connected. Recommended handles: 1. Mi Bluetooth Gamepad , 2. NewGamepad N1-PRO-G8201, 3. Purecolor Gamepad , 4. GameSir. Thanks for your advice! Greetings Goostu

How can I increase the maximum altitude and the flight range of my DJI Phantom 4 drone? After the new update, I can no longer increase the altitude because I can't set anything in the flight restrictions.

it is no longer worth buying a drone if you simply want to use it for photography. Or do you see it differently? Aunt Edith: In Switzerland.

Hello Community, I have the following situation and hope someone can give me some tips on this. In the autumn of 2020, I will be using my DJI Mavic Pro (1) in: 1. Dubai (drone = is quite a problem or NoGo here). 2. Bali (according to my research, the drone is very little restricted there). So I really want to use the drone in Bali or have it with me, but unfortunately I'm in Dubai for 3 days first.......I know, bad planning....does anyone have a tip for me? Can I store the drone somewhere at Dubai airport and only pick it up again afterwards when I continue my journey to Bali? Thanks for any tips, with sources if possible. Greetings

Hello, I'm looking for a drone that follows you (e.g. at a fixed angle) on deep snow descents (i.e. no lifts) in nature and records videos. What kind of drone would be suitable? It should be light, small (and of course cheap). Which drones would be suitable? Many thanks
