I need to connect two of these switches with glass, the cable says "LDP-50 LC-SC 2.0". Approx. 50 metres. Which SFP, is the LC SX enough?

Yes, that's enough.

Product description of the HPE X121 1G SFP LC SX (Transceiver) :

A pluggable SFP (Small Form Factor) Gigabit SX transceiver that provides a full duplex Gigabit solution up to 550m over a multimode fibre cable.

Note, however, that the connector is LC and not SC (your cable appears to be LC-SC).
