Very good PC for the value!
It can run smoothly Genshin Impact at the highest setting and the fps never drop. For Infinity Nikki, I can play smoothly at the highest setting for a 2K monitor with fps around 110. It comes with a mouse but without a keyboard so make sure you have a separate keyboard otherwise you can not set up Windows.
