Great little close up camera
I haven't used it as an ear cleaner and I would strongly warn people to be very careful if they were to intend to do so. It isn't as easy to move around as you might think - if the have the camera the wrong way up then left is right, right is left and up is down etc. Also if you are not careful you can rupture your ear drum so I wouldn't use it for that.
However for getting a good close up image or video or something this is surprisingly great. If you need to get a look at something in a tight space this works really well and the lights are not a gimmick they help in those tight dark place e.g. USB ports, under keyboard keys (not for the faint hearted as you probably will not like what you see)
It connects easily you just need to select it as your wifi on the phone and you are connected - note there is no password so probably others could connect to the camera at the same time to see what you are seeing.

- lights at the end work really well
Contra
- could be more useful with a longer stem
- no Zoom function
