went after only 5x use already broken
Unfortunately, the repair was Mühsam, because I had to send this device back again and the repair took almost a month! Was Elaborate and very Mühsam!
I am sure you can find a better steam mop on the market so I cannot recommend it.
The steam mop leaves lots of wet streaks which if you do not wipe of right away, with for example a paper towel, leave traces on the cleaned area, (more water comes out than steam no matter which auto-program you choose), there is a short and uncomfortably placed cable. I was able to clean joints in the bathroom pretty well with it though.

Steam cleaner from Black &Decker
The steam cleaner from B&D is great. I have both our real wood floorboards get wonderfully clean as well as the stone floor in the stairwell. The handling is very easy, the cable is nice and long. The steam cleaner is not loud. It's also great that you can use this steam cleaner as a handheld. The bathroom and kitchen shine. It's almost fun to clean the house with it😉 Thank you very much
