  Completely Non-Functional

  I’m very disappointed with this machine. It doesn’t work as promised and fails to create curls. Additionally, my hair constantly gets stuck in the machine, making it frustrating and difficult to use. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return it since I had already opened it. I tried to initiate a return but was denied, and now I’m left with a product I can’t use. Extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the return policy. more
