Hands off if you have a lot of neighbours!
The device replaced a FRITZ!Box with Wifi 5 in my home. In the same environment and with the same devices, the 5 GHz band with Wifi7 is much more susceptible to interference than before. Latency and bandwidth reach optimum values in a quiet environment, but as soon as many neighbouring WLANs are also active, latency collapses massively, even to the point of packet loss. The 5 GHz band becomes unusable. The old FRITZ!Box, on the other hand, was much less sensitive. The 2.4 GHz band is not affected by the problems, but also has a (expected) significantly lower bandwidth.
