Japanese swords embody the power and beauty that lie behind the craftsman's skills. The middle links of the band are completed by the swordsmith Sadanobu Gassan. Additionally, the watch features a COBARION bezel designed to represent the beauty of a sword tip's shape, a recrystallized titanium case that reflects the feel of a hardened blade, and a deep purple AIP finish reminiscent of the traditional Japanese color of heated and tempered steel.

In every respect, the watch showcases meticulous craftsmanship resulting from the fusion of Japan's recognized traditional skills and the latest Casio technologies. The pinnacle of G-Shock is infused with the qualities of a fine Japanese sword. This dignity is realized in a shock-resistant, fully metallic, solar-powered G-Shock with Bluetooth, GPS, and radio-controlled timekeeping.
