

Just in: new entry-level and mid-range laptops from HP for business

A laptop model from the 250/255 series is ideal for basic office and field work. The ProBook 4 series offers more functions.
Now available in stock are new laptops from HP for the business sector. Their focus is on reliability and security. According to HP, you are buying reliable companions for your everyday work. They are less suitable for editing films or playing AAA games. The laptops are small and light enough for travelling, but can also be used in the office.
If you are looking for a budget-friendly device for simple work, you should take a look at the 250/255 series. The models in the ProBook 4 series are intended for the mid-range segment.
Each series contains numerous device variants. They differ in part due to the processor used, the size of the display and the amount of memory and RAM.
For simple office work: the 250/255 series
These laptops are designed to fulfil basic tasks such as office work, video calls, emails, internet and media playback. The devices are suitable for educational institutions and students, for example. Thanks to the pre-installed HP security and management functions, they can also be integrated into company networks.
The naming of the laptops refers to the built-in processor, among other things. 250 series laptops use Intel processors, while 255 series laptops are equipped with AMD CPUs.
All devices have 512 gigabytes of SSD memory and 16 gigabytes of RAM. The display is 15.6 inches in size and has a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The casing is made of aluminium. An HD webcam with AI-based noise cancellation, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth are also on board. Two USB-A, one USB-C, one HDMI and one jack connection are available. The laptops weigh around 1.6 kilograms.

Mid-range business devices: ProBook 4
For slightly higher demands, we offer the ProBook 4. Compared to the 250/255 series, the laptops in this series have more ports and more security features, including a fingerprint sensor and an IR camera. The front camera records in Full HD.
You can choose between a 14-inch and a 16-inch display as well as different configurations for the processor, RAM (up to 32 gigabytes) and SSD storage (up to 1000 gigabytes). The resolution of the anti-glare screen is 1920 × 1200 pixels, which corresponds to a 16:10 format.
The product name refers to the integrated processor: G1i stands for Intel, G1a for AMD and G1q for Qualcomm. Below you can see three devices as examples. You can find an overview of all laptops here.
The PowerBook 4 also offers a better keyboard and trackpad, according to HP. Functions such as automatic brightness adjustment and presence detection provide more comfort.
