Available now: Wet/dry vacuum cleaner HW300 011 from Hoover
In households with lots of hard floors, a wet/dry vacuum cleaner can be worthwhile. We have several new models from Hoover in our programme.
In addition to the current generation of cordless Hoover stick hoovers, which I have already presented in this article, there is another latecomer that is only now available. The HW300 011 model (HW3 for short) is a mid-range model among wet/dry vacuum cleaners
Clean right up to the edges
The appliance is designed for quick cleaning of hard floors. You can either just vacuum or wet mop at the same time. Mopping is performed by a rotating roller in the base of the appliance. It extends across the entire width of the base so that you can clean along the edges without gaps.
The motor delivers a suction power of up to 16,000 pascals with a power output of 220 watts. The battery lasts up to 40 minutes in standard mode. Both water tanks hold 0.55 litres.
The «Turbo Boost» mode briefly increases the suction power during both vacuuming and mopping to remove stubborn particles. This protects the roller from unnecessary soiling.
After work, place the HW3 in the cleaning station. There, the roller is washed out and ventilated to dry.
Comfort functions
The base of the HW3 has a self-propelled system. This means you need less force to move the appliance. If something comes up during housework, you can briefly place the HW3 vertically in the room without it tipping over. According to Hoover, however, you should not leave it unattended.
