are the vmax escooters really made in switzerland? or are they bought practically ready-made in china and then spruced up a bit?

Vmax r55
I have vmaxr55 and now I have a flat in the rear tyre. You can't pump it up at all with a normal pump man the distance from rim to disc brake is so small that you can't pump it up. And where can you buy a new smart one? Would not buy this thing again

VMAX Missing website / No contact possibility
Does the VMAX brand still exist? I can't find any website or any other way to contact them. This makes me very sceptical - especially with regard to warranty and spare parts options. I haven't unpacked the scooter yet, so I'm not sure whether it wouldn't be better to switch to a better-known brand, such as Segway. Does VMAX still exist? Is this a reputable company?
