The HDD is now 8 years old and is starting to make strange noises xD The M2 prices have now become affordable :) I'm flirting with the Crucial P3 Pkus 4TB. The question is whether an M2 with a high read and write rate can also be placed in an external enclosure (Icy Box ICY BOX enclosure 1x NVMe, IB-1817M-C31) in terms of throttling performance when too warm?
