You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

Hello, It seems to me that for some time now, next-day delivery (for orders placed before 7pm) has no longer been guaranteed. For example, if I just took a phone case that was in stock, the delivery time would be the day after tomorrow! Your delivery terms and conditions always state the following: "Ordered today until 9pm, delivered tomorrow. For all products in stock in our central warehouse, all orders received on Monday and before 9pm on Friday are dispatched the same day, and generally arrive at the delivery address on the morning of the next working day (including Saturday, if the option is activated). The availability of each product is visible in real time." Has this changed? Thank you

Hello Community Following a renovation, we have a small room available where we will be sitting about 3.50 metres from the screen. The projector is to be placed directly in front of the screen on a deep piece of furniture/sideboard. The screen is in front of a window, so it must be tight and should be extendable from bottom to top. Does anyone have any good tips for a projector, screen and possibly an all-in-one soundbar? best regards

Something is wrong with the category 'Hard drive'... in the specs it should say: interface (e.g. SATA or SAS), or protocol (e.g. SATA 1/2/3 or SAS 1/2/3)...?
