Hello, Am I the only one to have ordered the Roborock s8 Max V ultra at 499 for the Black Friday offer with a description without connection to the water network. after a 2nd check, I found that it was indeed the one without fixed connection. Then wondering about delivery times I went back to my profile and this time I see that the link takes me to the article with a fixed connection. I sincerely wonder about a possible link bug during the Black Friday action (this also happened to 2 other colleagues). Thank you in advance for your clarifications. Bonne soirée

In my opinion, the little runabout is currently the best vacuuming and mopping robot on the market. But the suction station is a long time coming. Does anyone already know. The S7 maxv Plus is already available. Then the big brother should follow soon! Please move forward! ^^

Hello I have been looking for spare parts for my Roborock S7 for some time. -Side brush -Main brush -Hepafilter I find a lot of OEM products but their quality is very poor or sometimes so poor that I can't install them with a clear conscience. Where can I get the original parts or when will they be included in the range?

Hello everyone, you can't buy the suction station anywhere. That's why I asked Roborock itself if there are any production problems. I was referred by the support to a (for me unserious) third-party supplier, but somehow the whole thing doesn't seem quite kosher to me 😅 @digitec: Can you give more details on whether and when you will be offering the suction station? @all: if digitec were to order a pallet of the extraction stations, would you buy one (assume the sales price would then be between 400-500.-)?
