Hello everyone Will the device support VOLTE and WifiCalling in Switzerland with the Galaxus Mobile network? The VO3G should be switched off soon, will it then no longer be possible to make calls with these devices? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I am interested in the latest foldable phone from Honor. Can you tell me if it will be officially available in Switzerland or if digitec might have it on sale? It would be a shame to have such a great foldable phone with Swiss certification: Swiss SGS folding screen double five star certification for durability,so please bring another foldable phone than Samsungs expensive,big and heavy zfold5.

Our Honor 8 has EMUI version 5.0.1 (current version, no updates available) and Android 7. Now we want/need to upgrade to Android 8. How does that work, if at all? Thanks for your help!

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. I'm currently with salt but have rather bad experience with them on customer service. I would say 1 out 4 issues were resolved the way I would expect it to be resolved and customer oriented treatment . Last issue finished me off and I had to face additional expenses. So, I wonder what are the people view on digitec mobile in terms of customer service? Certainly, I would very much appreciate any view on any other MVNO in Switzerland.

Ciao, what's going on at Galaxus at the moment? I can no longer order until 21:00 and expect the goods the next day. It also says that it won't be delivered until the day after next. I'm just wondering what happened to the advertising slogan "ordered today, delivered tomorrow". Also, there has been no live chat with Support for a while now. What's going on with you?

The Galaxus adverts have been very bad for a long time: it started for me with the ski tourer who "brunches" in the snow. The latest adverts are far too frequent because they are so incredibly stupid.

In view of the 3G switch-off (Sunrise 10.6.25, Swisscom end of 25), not only 4G (=data), but also VoLTE (telephoning via LTE) should be selectable for mobile phones in the filter for mobile standard. You cannot make calls with 4G without VoLTE, and some mobiles can only transmit data via 4G!
