
Item marked as available, but is cancelled when ordered!!! 2 times in a row
I wanted the item 'Fusion Sleeve Alto Saxophone'. The website said 'only 1 piece in stock from supplier'. After paying for my order, I was told that the item was currently unavailable, with an unknown delivery date. A few hours later I received an email saying that the order had been cancelled because the item could not be delivered. On the website it said that the item was available again, but 'only 1 piece in the supplier's stock'. I then chatted with Digitec support and asked what was going on. The support team then reactivated the order, but a few hours later the same thing happened again. Why is an unavailable item not deactivated? I then saw that many items from Fusion are available but with the remark 'only 1 item in the supplier's stock'. This supplier seems very suspicious to me. Why Digitec doesn't notice this is beyond me: articles whose order is cancelled by the supplier should arouse suspicion.
