Hello everyone inside the Dyson there is a filter between the blue cells. I've been talking to customer service for two days now and nobody knows which filter it is or how to remove it or clean it. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you

I am very disappointed with this brand... they make good products but to contact them by phone... they are horrible.
I called them on the Swiss dyson number... I got a terrible lady. I was spoken to like a child and thought I was going to be insulted for a simple question.

I have had the Dyson DC 29 exclusive for years. Over the years I have also bought the odd spare part.
I have been looking for a new floor nozzle for some time now. Unfortunately, the old one is no longer available from the manufacturer. Is there a similar nozzle that won't scratch the parquet floor? It could also be a different brand that is compatible with my model.
I bought a cheap one that is universal and extremely narrow. I would rather have one like the old one with a wider suction area. Has anyone had the same problem and perhaps found a good replacement brush?
The bottom line of a hoover - regardless of its nozzle - is measured by its suction power. The problem with Dyson is that this is far from sufficient. Any hoover, no matter how cheap, sucks better. I am so disappointed that I will probably stay away from this brand for life. These glossy advertisements, immaculate floors and unfulfilled promises really get on my nerves!
What's annoying is that I was even made aware of this very flaw before I bought the product. Nevertheless, I fell into the trap. So be warned!
