Contini

I have already bought several tables from Contini and am very satisfied with them. Unfortunately, not so with my last order. Digitec answered me after about 10 days and said that the product was only table tops and offered to organise a return. But: - Each picture shows a complete table - There is a category "table legs + table frame features" and it says "electric". A table top is not electric. - The weight is 65kg. The table top alone does not weigh 20kg. - The colour is grey and white. The tabletop is only grey in one colour. The white table frame is obviously missing. - The same product cost over CHF 800 in July. That is more expensive than most complete desks from Contini. - The note "desk top only" was not there when I ordered the tables. - The product link says "contini-ral-180-cm-desk". So it says "desk", not table top. This indicates that the name was changed afterwards. Presumably someone made a mistake with the price, which was suddenly only 282 CHF and now they are trying to deliver incomplete goods or get them back. Since the fault does not lie with me as a customer, I insist on receiving these table frames. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
