Hello I recently inherited a 3d printer from Bq (Witbox) and am now having a lot of problems getting this thing to run at all, let alone print anything. The Bq website has been offline for so long that I googled the company and didn't find anything except that they were bought out. Have they shut down the company now or is there still hope that they will make their site available again sometime? And if anyone has one of these things at home: How can I get around these stupid hyroglyphs on the display that always cancel the printing or make it faulty?

In view of the 3G switch-off (Sunrise 10.6.25, Swisscom end of 25), not only 4G (=data), but also VoLTE (telephoning via LTE) should be selectable for mobile phones in the filter for mobile standard. You cannot make calls with 4G without VoLTE, and some mobiles can only transmit data via 4G!

The RC Monster Truck Shark remote-controlled car (19588776) is really great. Unfortunately, our youngest lost the charging cable for the battery. And he is heartbroken because he can no longer drive the car. Where can I get a replacement? Could someone help me? Best wishes and many thanks, Sabine
