Does anyone have a recommendation for an air purifier that works on a balcony? I have a neighbour who smokes cheap cigars and poisons the air. I've tried fans, room scent dispensers, bowls of vinegar, etc. Thanks!

Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? I have bought a second-hand Apple iPad 2 and iPad 7 with the iCloud activation lock switched on. Does anyone know how to this (if possible someone who has done it themselves)? I have tried it with the software AnyMP4 iPhone Unlocker, and Wondershare Dr.Fone, but without success...thanks in advance for any suggestions...!

I ordered a GoPro Polar White (order no. 181294391) on 17.3.26 at reduced prices of 289.- instead of 349.-, I kept reading 10 in stock from third party suppliers, then 9 then 8... Now it is suddenly no longer available, but it is available with an SD card and/or as a 349.- version. A rather strange sales strategy. What a pity.

Hello Team Galaxus In my experience, there are problems with orders in your shop, but unfortunately also consistently with offers from third-party suppliers. It's your support team that gets annoyed because with every order you state when the product will be delivered as specified by the third-party provider, but in my experience the reality is always different. Therefore, my suggestion is to indicate for each product which third-party supplier it is and let the Community rate the suppliers. This will at least give customers the opportunity to avoid orders from unreliable suppliers and you will quickly know which suppliers will damage your image in the long term. The frustration of your customers will rightly shift to the third-party providers. Suppliers who do not adhere to agreements can be weeded out without you having to do much work in the selection process.

Has anyone had any experience with Kaufsignal, a supplier on the digitec marketplace. I have been waiting much longer than expected for delivery. It doesn't seem very reliable to me. But I suppose a purchase contract is a purchase contract and at some point they have to deliver or offer a replacement, right?

I am a friend of filters that allow the filtering of a range. However, there are cases where this makes no sense. For example, with filter threads. If a lens has 52mm filter diameter, 52mm filters fit. It should be possible to choose that. The fact that the filter behaves strangely with ranges does not make it more practical.

I am looking for a system in which I can combine 4 to 5 buttons on 2 - 3 bells. Each button should control all the bells in parallel. Unfortunately, I can't find anything suitable here or I can't see whether the systems can be expanded with additional buttons.

It is so annoying that you see a product with 1 star reviews without comments. It happened to me that the product description was wrong and someone gave one star and what I'm supposed to think about this? Late delivery rage? Suggestion: please make message field required if a user gives 1-2 stars to a product. If they are so disappointed then they have something to say about that. Otherwise pass by. P.S. And I'm aware that some people will just input random letters messages. That's fine to me. This is a small price for such a feature. But of course to make it perfect we need to call upon the gods of LLM.

Hello everyone and happy Easter holidays to you. I am currently looking for a docking station with power supply, at least 2 USB-C ports in, at least 3 USB-A ports, 2 HDMI ports for 2 monitors, as well as a port for LAN, network, internet. If possible, it should not be a huge block but rather look simple and minimised. I like to keep my desk tidy. It should also be possible to switch the laptop on and off connected to this station via the station. Do you have any recommendations? I'm just not that experienced when it comes to technology. I have heard that apparently Irobot switches off the cloud of devices that were produced between 2015-2018 that irobot switches off on the robot like that an error code comes up. Apparently if you write this in the Community of Irobot you will be blocked directly - this has already happened to many. Does anyone have a device with this year of manufacture? You can find out the year of manufacture from the serial number. My Roomba 676 has just been built in 2021.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share with the community my PC configuration that I assembled using components bought here. The idea was simple: build a machine capable of running pretty much any recent game at high settings, if not at maximum. As I'm a bit of a loner here, I don't really have anyone to discuss it with or show it off to, so I'm turning to you 🙂 Small moment of "Swiss luck": I bought the RAM just a few days before a price increase... around 230 CHF. Perfect timing for once. On the cooling side, I replaced the three original Pure Wings 2 fans with better performing Silent Wings 4, and kept the Pure Wings as additional fans at the top of the case. After five months of use, I'm very happy overall. However, I was a little disappointed with the graphics card - it was noisier than I expected. Hello I am looking for a gaming PC. I have been a PS gamer for years and would now like to switch to a PC. I mainly want to play sports games like EA FC 24 and NHL 24 (as well as future successors) and strategy games like AOE. It's important to me that EA FC 24 in particular runs perfectly on it and that you don't notice any difference in performance compared to the PS5.
