Ich habe mir das Gerät gekauft und mein MacBook Pro 13" von 2019 mit macOS Catalina 10.15.4 nun an meinem Monitor angeschlossen. Über HDMI erreiche ich 3840x2160 / 30Hz. Über DisplayPort bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz. Wenn ich ein Surface oder ein HP Laptop anschliesse erreiche ich ohne Probleme 3840x2160 / 60Hz über DisplayPort. Hat hierfür jemand einen Lösungsvorschlag woran das liegen könnte, das ich mit dem MacBook keine 60 Hz und über DisplayPort gar kein Signal erhalte?

Hallo,

In Bezug auf 4K / 60Hz - damit diese Auflösung verfügbar ist, muss die GPU des Laptops den DisplayPort 1.4-Standard unterstützen - erwarte ich, dass sowohl Surface- als auch HP-Laptops dies unterstützen. Das MacBook Pro 13 "sollte jedoch nur unterstützt werden, wenn das MacBook über eine AMD-GPU verfügt. Die Intel-GPU unterstützt nur DisplayPort 1.2 - und begrenzt die Auflösung auf 4K / 30Hz.

In Bezug auf den DP kein Signal haben. Können Sie sich bitte an unseren technischen Support wenden? Wäre es möglich, Bilder zu senden, wie alles miteinander verbunden ist? Funktioniert DP, wenn Sie einen Surface- oder HP-Laptop verwenden?

Regarding the 4K/60Hz - in order for this resolution to be available, the laptop's GPU has to support DisplayPort 1.4 standard - I expect that Surface and HP laptops both support it. But MacBook Pro 13" should be able to support it only if the MacBook has AMD GPU. Intel's GPU supports only DisplayPort 1.2 - and it limits the resolution do 4K/30Hz.
Intel released new GPUs last autumn/fall and only the latest Intel GPU support DP 1.4 standard.

Regarding the DP not have a signal. Can you please contact our Technical support? WOuld it be possible to send pictures of how everything is connected? Does DP work when you use a Surface or HP laptop?
