Frage zu i-tec Triple Dock

Hallo,

Ihr Laptop ist leider nicht mit der Dockingstation kompatibel. Das USB-C Ihres Laptops muss den sogenannten USB-C-DisplayPort-Alternativmodus unterstützen, damit die Dockingstation funktioniert. Ihr Laptop unterstützt diesen Modus jedoch nicht.

Unfortunately, your laptop is not compatible with the docking station. Your laptop's USB-C must support the so-called USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode, in order for the docking station to work. But your laptop does not support this mode.

We have another docking stations that are based on another technology and would work with your laptop:
i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C Dual 4K Dock (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB Type A)
i-tec USB 3.0 Dual Full HD Dock (HDMI, DVI-I, USB Type A, USB Type B)
