Ja, die Dockingstation unterstützt 144 Hz bis 1440p.
In Bezug auf das Spiel - hier kommt es auf den Laptop an. Auf vielen Laptops kann nur die Intel-GPU mit externen Monitoren kommunizieren, und nVidia / AMD-GPUs können nur mit einem internen Monitor kommunizieren. Es kommt also darauf an, aber wenn Sie derzeit einen externen Monitor an Ihren Laptop angeschlossen haben und problemlos spielen können, sollten Sie auch keine Probleme mit der Dockingstation haben.
In Bezug auf die Kommunikation zwischen Laptop / GPU und Monitor - diese Dockingstation verbindet sie nur, verändert oder beeinträchtigt ihre Kommunikation nicht.

Yes, the docking station support 144Hz up to 1440p.
Regarding the gaming - here depends on the laptop. On many laptops, only Intel GPU is able to communicate with external monitors and nVidia/AMD GPUs are only able to communicate with an internal monitor. So it depends, but if you do have currently connected an external monitor to your laptop and you can game without any problem - you should not have any problems with the docking station either.
Regarding the communication between laptop/GPU and monitor - this docking station just connects them, it does not modify or anyhow interfere with their communication.
