Sound quality is a joke

After hearing almost every reviewer ever saying how amazing these buds are and how much "better" the sound is, I finally gave in and got them. After listening to a few songs, I thought something was wrong . I switched to the dynamic mode but aside from a few improvements, the sound quality still wasn't good. Too be honest, I just can't put into words how much of a letdown this is, especially for someone who loves listening to music as much as I do. The apparently "crisp and clear" highs sound dreadfully painful and the "big, full" bass is just a joke. Don't get me wrong, I do think they have some nice features like the long battery (but who needs 11 hours anyway?), smooth touch commands or the ambient sound. But this makes it even more sad that the Galaxy Buds+ have a sound quality this terrible. I like Samsung and their products but this is just a huge disappointment. mehr
