No better than reasonable WiFi…

I'm disappointed Ethernet-over-Power hasn't come further in the last 15 years since I last tried it. Even with near optimal conditions (new-build apartment, dedicated sockets, >1000Mbps negotiated for both Tx & Rx), the Magic 2 LAN struggles to exceed 350Mbps, and typically runs closer to 200Mbps (iperf3 benchmarks to local router). I was hoping to beat 3x3 802.11ac WiFi (~400Mbps), but no.
