When did you ordered the card? Did you buy it in person or online?

I ordered it online at sept 17 2020 right at 15:00 when it became available, and I waited around 3-4 weeks.

One question : how did you manage to sync the strix RGB and the ram sticks RGB ?
I tried armory crate, it won't work.

I have G.Skill Trident Z Neo memory, it is compatible with aurasync out of the box. If your memory is different, check the asus website to see if it's supported with aurasync.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I've got exactly the same, G.skill trident Z Neo, and it does work with aurasync.
However, my 3080 Strix doesn't show up on aurasync, hence my question.
Did you yours appear on aurasync ?

With aurasync, I can set ram RGB but the 3080 doesn't appear.
With armoury crate, I can set the 3080 RGB but the ram doesn't appear.
I got the Asus X570 dark hero mobo.

Ok I figured it out myself.
If anyone gets the same problem : "fast boot" needs to be disabled in the BIOS.
Then the ram gets recognized by Armoury crate.
