Regarding your issue, I recommend opening a support case so we can have a proper ticket and help you resolve this issue. You can do this by emailing us a description of your problem. Just copy what you already wrote in your review and send it to:
support @ itecproduct. com
(with no spaces in between, we need to use this workaround to leave our email address.)

Also please provide us with:

1. Your laptop Brand and Model (you can usually find it on the sticker on the flip/bottom side of your laptop;
e.g. Dell Latitude7275)

2. OS running on it and its full version (for Win OS you can usually find it the Control Panel / Administrative Tools /
System Information tool, it's displayed under System Summary / OS Name and Version in the right portion
of the tool;
e.g. OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version: v10.0.18363 Build 18363, 64-bit)

Based on that we can make further analysis and give you further advice and/or try to re-create the problem in our lab.
