I am very impressed with the features and ease of use of this watch. So far I have tracked my workouts in track running, nordic skiing, alpine skiing and swimming. The data (heart rate, gps information, top speed, distance, VO2 max estimation) is very useful for analysis later. The external heart rate monitor is needed for use under water, otherwise the heart rate monitor on the wrist does the job, if a little inaccurate at times.
The watch face can be modified by downloading new apps from the garmin store, and I have one on my wrist that looks like something out of a sci-fi movie! Woohoo!
