Good investment, not as automated as hoped.

I hoped this would "feed" the slides and negatives as it scanned but it does not do that. However, I am very happy with the ultimate image quality.

The user interface has a LOT of features but the software design is quite old looking and needs an update. I think it could benefit from some more "basic" features like white balance. It may be that some features are there but I could not find them since they are buried under all the possibilities.

Embedding QuickTime videos in the software is interesting but I didn't find it useful. più
