Early next year I will be travelling to Africa for three weeks on safari in areas where I know there is no mobile phone coverage. I am looking for a device that will record and store my travelled route. Afterwards I want to be able to transfer this data to my computer and display it on a map with the appropriate tools. I imagine that the device saves my position about every 10 seconds. The autonomy should ideally be a few days. Do you have any suggestions on what would be best for such an application?

Hello everyone! I am planning a small trekking tour in Albania/Kosovo/Montenegro in August/September. Due to my lack of knowledge of the area, I would like to have a GPS with me;) I don't want a super expensive device that can do everything, but it should be reasonably good (as I said... I don't know the area). Can anyone recommend something or advise against a device completely? Thanks a lot in advance!
