I have a problem with the projector, despite having the HDMI cable unplugged and no other source, the projector only shows ant races. It is not possible to call up the menu or anything else. Except switching on and off is possible. Can anyone give me a tip or does anyone know the problem? Thanks for the help

Hello, is there a method or comparison table for evaluating the image quality and light intensity in 3D of current projectors, without having to buy them to test games in "active 3D"? The criteria of resolution, frequency and price are not essential. Thank you very much.

Hello, Has anyone already cleaned a Halo+ or removed any white spots? How do you clean a projector (in general) so that there are no more white dots on the wall? There are certain cleaning cloths (microfibre, I think) that need to be used. Can anyone recommend something? We bought two projectors here, the smaller Halo+ is older and the picture shows too many "white pixels". Many thanks in advance.

I actually find the specs of the Hisense C2 projectors quite interesting. However, what raises questions for me are the subterranean delivery times and availability of the device. Launched last autumn, but in Europe only individual devices are available from time to time. I wouldn't buy a device if I didn't know whether it could ever be repaired or whether spare parts would be available. Are there any known delivery problems at Hisense?

I am looking for a "UST / UKD" projector for my small home theatre that can be installed flush in a lowboard, TV furniture. At the moment I only know the SIM2 beamer, but unfortunately it is way over budget (16,000 euros). I would like to use a TV (77" OLED) for the daily needs (as far as available...) and arrange the speakers as wall installation around the TV. This would also require a suitable sound-permeable roll-up screen. Unfortunately, I can't find an "affordable" projector anywhere, and I can't find an ultra-short distance screen that is also rollable and sound-permeable. Does anyone know if there is such a thing? Would the beamer also work under a glass screen? It goes without saying that sufficient ventilation must be provided...

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone who owns the ultra-short focal beamer Epson EH-LS800W/EH-LS800B to test it at my place for an hour. I can't find a shop which offers to rent it. Of course, I am happy to compensate for a small agreed amount :). Thanks!

Hello Community I'm thinking of replacing my 4k TV with a projector. Due to the space available, I'm thinking of an ultra-short throw projector and I would also like to project directly onto the wall without an additional screen. I would like to connect the projector in the same way as my TV; Swisscombox, Bluray and Apple TV are first connected via my Marantz system and then to the TV or the projector. What can you recommend here? Thank you, TiRohn

Hello digitec community I would like to ask if the Epson EH-LS12000B projector will be added to the range in the foreseeable future? Thank you very much for your reply.

Dear Community, does anyone have experience with these two models? We can darken the room well, but the kids can also watch a film during the day. The screen is between 120 and 150 inches (two different models) and we sit between 6 and 12 metres away. I'm really torn between the two. What experiences have you had with the different models? So far we've had a short-throw laser... I can't say whether anyone here sees the rainbow effect on our DLP :(. Or a cheap Xiaomi laser after all? Too much choice...

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to connect these 2 devices together without a USB HDMI cable, only by wifi or bluetooth? Thank you very much in advance.

Would it be possible to select the minimum distance under the filters?

Hello together I have a question about the projection ratio filter settings for projectors: I am looking for a projector that can project an image around 350cm in size with a distance of around 460cm to the wall. This corresponds to a projection ratio of approx. 1.31 How exactly do I have to set the minimum and maximum for the filter? Somehow I don't quite get it, especially because there is a "min" and a "max" for both the MINIMUM and the MAXIMUM... Thanks for the info

Hello everyone I'm looking for an ultra-short projector for my home cinema/game room that is also reasonably suitable for gaming. So preferably a short response time with ALLM. Since I can't find anything in the specifications or in the search filter, I wanted to ask the Community. Can you help me with this? It would be great if it was a 4K projector, but not bad if it is only FullHD. Greetings

Ordered on 21.11.23. Expected delivery on 22.11.23. Today is 24.11.23. According to the shipment tracking, the order has not even been handed over to the carrier. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hello Community Do you have any experience of what data Hisense and Vidaa collect? Hisemse comes from China, Vidaa from the USA, so not exactly data protection friendly. The privacy policies are very open and vague and the marketing promises absolute privacy. Somehow a contradiction. Does anyone have more detailed information or know whether you can prevent certain traffic with PiHole, for example? I am interested in a PX2 from Hisense, hence the question. Thanks and best regards

Hello, Does the Mikamax projector come with a cable?

Can someone please confirm that the Epson EH-LS650 has an eARC connection with which you can play Atmos audio? On the Galaxus homepage it only says ARC, but on the picture you can see eARC.

Hello, my partner would like to buy a projector. She wants it to stand on a chest of drawers and illuminate the wall behind it, so it's going to be an ultra-short projector. The wall is textured, so it needs a screen. Can you please give me a few tips? Thanks a lot! Thomas.

When does digitec.ch plan to include AWOL's LaserTv?

Hello I am looking for a projector with 3D Active or passive does not matter Or are today's 3D projectors already ready for 3D without glasses? The projector should also be capable of 4K HDR and HDMI 2.1 for 4K120Hz. And it should also be possible to install Plex. Price around 2000fr if possible even lower

Good day I wanted to take our Swisscom TV box into the garden to watch a film on our projector. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a picture on the projector. Unfortunately, our projector has no HDMI connection and only a DVI input, so I used an adapter. Could it be that this is why I have no picture? When I connected the projector to my laptop with this adapter, everything worked fine. When I connected the TV box to the projector and switched the box on and off, the projector also switched from blue screen to black screen. So it recognised something there too. What do I have to organise so that I get a picture? TV Box: Swisscom Box (second newest, unfortunately no other information...) Projector: SANYO PLC-XF45 Many thanks

Hello all I am looking for a beamer, more for aesthetic reasons than the ultimate home cinema feeling. It should be possible to place it on the sideboard and the image should not be too large due to the short distance, or it should be possible to reduce it. I already tried a laser beamer from Xiaomi, but the image was just too big. I also tried a beamer that can be placed on its side in the living room, but then I just don't like the sound. I've just had a look at the LG Allegro 2.0 and I'm not sure yet whether this would be something for me. A nice beamer with a small picture, Smart TV, WLAN, Bluetooth, which can be placed on the sideboard would be ideal. Do you have any tips? Many thanks Sina

Will the Gv1 beamer be available at Digitec?

Dear community, I have a good opportunity to set up a beamer outside, protected against rain etc.! I would also like to use it in daylight. I haven't really found anything good on the net, but it should be possible from >3500 lumens??? Is this possible at all during the day with sunshine, screen without direct sunlight??? Does anyone have experience with this and good tips regarding beamer type/power/screen type etc.? Thanks for the answers, you help me a lot!!! and yes, there is TV for outside, but somehow it doesn't work.

Please please please, dear digitec, fucking bubonic plague again! Take responsibility as a credible seller, and would you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put these stupid wannabe 4k projectors that do NOT have a NATIVE 4k panel into a 'shame on you & CUSTOMER ASSAULT' category? They have no place in the 4k beamer category! You would never have thought of selling an HD Ready (720 native, 1080i compatible) TV as Full HD back in 2000, would you? You are really taking the piss out of every ignorant consumer with the argument that every other electronics chain does the same. If I select 4k in the filter, then the panel should also have 4k! And not Full HD, or 2716 x 1528, or 2560x1440... Really, stop trying to cheat the customer. That's exactly what you're doing. It's annoying.

Dear Digitec. I, like many here, have been using your portal for over 10 years and enjoy the many products, but the quality of the specifications seems to me to be getting worse and worse. Would it be possible to correct the specifications of the resolution and brightness of the beamers; 720p is not FULL HD but HD Ready, 4000 LED lumens are not 4000 Ansi lumens, candela and lux are also somewhat different .....

I bought a Philips Neopix Ultra 2 to watch films at home, which I usually download to iTunes. But it doesn't work, iTunes stays black and doesn't make a peep - and I read that iTunes doesn't want to play films via certain beamers because of copy protection. Can anyone give me a tip on how I can watch films with iTunes via beamers? Are there projectors that can do this?

Problem: If we connect the beamer to the TV box (m-budget), the beamer reports "no signal". If we connect the PC to the beamer, everything works fine. Where is the error? It's not the cable, it works with the PC. Thanks for your help

Hello Are there any thoughts about adding the LG CineBeam HU915QE to the range in the near future? Thank you!
