I really liked the "old Sugus". Recently there's been a new variety with the stupid packaging that's very difficult to open and tastes even less good! Why do you have to change everything?

Does Galaxus currently have capacity problems? I placed the order at 17:31 on Thursday as I really wanted the goods tomorrow Sat. I also processed the order immediately so that the goods in stock would be dispatched immediately. Today Friday 22:37: "In stock, dispatch is being prepared" It is 100% understandable that not every order placed before 21:00 is delivered the following day, but not the day after next? I have also checked Saturday delivery: it is set correctly. And according to post.ch, I don't think it's due to the size of the packaging either: 88 x 20 x 12 cm and 7.33 kg. Let's see when the parcel arrives, hopefully on Monday, although it still hasn't been packed / dispatched..... Too bad, it's not the first time in recent times that you can't rely on the delivery time.

In December 2022 I bought a Ferrex 16V Li-ION FB 16 drill, with warranty until 2025. In spring 2022 the accumulator no longer held a charge. I turned to ALDI to buy a new accumulator. The answer from all ALDI branches was: these batteries are no longer available. When I asked them what I could do, they gave me countless tf. to contact ALDI's technical service in CH, Germany, etc., to no avail. Despite the guarantee, ALDI does not take a stand, Aldi has lost a very good customer, don't trust ALDI, they only sell food, don't sell equipment.

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
