I have unpacked the scooter and screwed it together as per the instructions but when I press the button nothing happens. I have also tried charging it was always green and then unplugged it, tried again and it still won't start. Have I done something wrong or what can I do?

Hello. I have a small library and would like to catalogue the books professionally. I am looking for a labelling device for book signatures that is not too expensive. The labels should be labelled in three lines. As the books vary greatly in size, it would be ideal if I could also set different font sizes. I would like to print rectangular labels with a height of 20 mm and a width of approx. 30-40 mm. And I would like to print the labels directly and not have to buy a separate printing device. Unfortunately, I have no idea which device would be ideal.
